I think it's working.
And, oh yeah, I feel the burn! Yesterday, he had me doing a bench press, and asked me as I started to really struggle, "Is it burning yet?" "YES!" I managed to gasp. "Good!" he says, "Five more!" Five? And the last two he was by my ear, yelling, "Push! PUSH! Come on, Tanya - PUUUUSSSSSHHHHH!!!" I had labour flashbacks and almost clubbed him for it.
Then he added weight.
